Bench to Bench - Virtual Hike for the Treadmill
Join me on a day hike down my local neighborhood trail. Going from Sawmill Road trial head to the bridge just north of Lynn Road overpass. There is NO commentary or music on with this video. Just creek water and wild life sounds. I recorded it to to play on my TV that sits in front of my treadmill, so I can avoid the 100+ degree weather we are having at the moment. Try it! it's kind cool, if you can get over my heavy breathing.
